"I've often had people say to me, 'It must be sad to work at a place like the Children's Center for Hope & Healing.' They seem to think that because the children we serve have been abused that our office is an unhappy place. The opposite is actually true. The kids love coming to our offices. They enjoy therapy which often consists of playing a game or doing some sort of art activity. The therapists are people they trust, people that they know care about them. Referrals
All referrals should be sent to the Gainesville office. For fastest processing, fax referrals to 770.532.7111.

Inclement Weather
Each office follows the weather closings of the school systems of the county in which it is located. If the Hall County schools are closed, the Gainesville office is closed; if the Forsyth County Schools are closed, the Cumming office is closed, if the Barrow County Schools are closed, the Winder office is closed. Because our therapists live throughout Northeast Georgia, from time to time therapists our therapists are not able to get to the offices from the counties in which they live. In such cases, we attempt to reach each client by phone to make you aware of the closing.
To protect the privacy of our clients, no actual clients are depicted.
